As we wrap up May, we have finished another month where our reading journey has us jumping all around the Bible. We spent some time in Chronicles, Psalms, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, Song of Solomon, and we started Proverbs. Jumping around like this is at the heart of why I chose to present this reading plan for 2024 as it shows us what is happening across the different books of the Bible in the order that it happening. It also helps us to make connections from book to book. For example we may know that a Psalm was written by David, but how cool is it to read it along side his story in the Bible.
