Passover: a simple menu option

The first night of Passover is right around the corner and I wanted to share with you my menu plan for a simple seder. I’m also updating the post now that Passover is over to show some of what my seder with this menu looked like!

First up on the menu is a Cast-Iron Roast Chicken With Crispy Potatoes from Bon Appetit. This is a great one pan recipe that features yummy chicken and a fan favorite crispy potato side. I love how simple, yet delicious and packed with flavor this meal is.

Next up is the Charoset , this one comes from Chelsey Amer Nutrition and earns its spot at my Passover table because it is a nut-free option.

I plan to include some other side dishes and of corse the traditional seder items for the plate. But there is one thing I plan to do differently this year. I have decided to make a Passover Lamb cake. We shall see how this turns out! I will be posting photos on my Instagram @rayofsunshine.art .

Let me know in the comments what you plan on cooking for Passover!
